13 PAX posted in the gloom of #Foxhole for Cinderblock themed workout not soon to be forgotten. In the wake of the first #devilsmile a few of the PAX that participated groaned at the thought of more bear crawls and lunges. But that’s what we do! We #getbetter and encourage each other through all of the challenges…. including trouble walking.
Conditions: 27 to start and 24 at the end. Crunchy Cold!

To the lower field COP
– 25 SSH 4 count
– 10 Merkins 4 count
– 10 Mountain Climbers 4 count
Native American Run around the field
Grab a Cinder Block
– Holding Block Lunges x 10 yards w 5 burpees repeat for 100 yards
– Partner up 1s farmer carry both blocks 50 yards while 2s bearcrawl (Switch)
– Holding block Lunges x 10 yards w 10 squats repeat for 100 yards
– Partner up 1s farmer carry both blocks 50 yards while 2s bearcrawl (Switch)
25 Merkins OYO
50 BBSU OYO
Grab Block and head over to Magoo Hill
– Partner up
– 1s take both blocks to the top while 2s flutter kick
– 2s bring blocks down while 1s flutter kick
– Rinse and repeat for 4 mins
– Switch roles and continue for 4 more mins
