Overhead press with sand bags 20- run 30yds down and back
Repeat the 3 exercises listed above
Move to baseball field partnered up in 2’s
Iron Crosses 25 apiece
Stand back to back passing the sand bag on both side 20 times
Stand 5 feet apart tossing the bag to each other 25 times each
Repeated exercises except for Back to back sand bag passing
Returned to the falg, no time for Mary
