Warm up jog 1/2 mile

Mary: We did 10 merkins at the end of each exercise

Jumping Jacks    (IC) 25

Through the Tunnel (IC) 15

LBC’s  (IC) 25

Rosaleta’s  (IC) 25

Squats  (IC) 20

Imperial Wlaker  (IC) 30

Freedom Twist  (IC) 25

Freddie Mercury  (IC) 25

Mosey to the Playgound to get sand bags

Curls with sandbags  25 – run 30 yds down and back

Big Boy sit-ups with sandbag 20 – run 30yds down and back

Overhead press with sand bags 20- run 30yds down and back

Repeat the 3 exercises listed above

Move to baseball field partnered up in 2’s

Iron Crosses 25 apiece

Stand back to back passing the sand bag on both side 20 times

Stand 5 feet apart tossing the bag to each other 25 times each

Repeated exercises except for Back to back sand bag passing

Returned to the falg, no time for Mary
