On Tuesday morning, 23 men (including 1 FNG) beat the fartsack and showed up at Depot for what ended up being 45 minutes of almost constant movement while working through some 4 corners and doing a few burpees.

Count off into 4 groups and mosey to the upper soccer field (Group 1 grabbed a cinder block on their way)

- Corner 1: Overhead press x 20

- Corner 3: Monkey humpers x 20
- Corner 4: Big Boy Sit-ups x 20
Mosey to entrance hill while group 2 put blocks back on the pile:
- Jacobs ladder with 7 burpees at top, 6 burpess at the bottom……….all the way down to 1 burpee at the top.

- Did a little dealers choice here. I can’t remember who led what or what we did, but by this time everything sucked.
