The tortoise and the hare

YHC and Splinter were tasked as the dueling Qs for this workout.  We tried to swap our disparate styles and YHC took the running segments while Splinter took the more stationary.

Conditions: Famously hot.

The THANG:

Quick mosey from COT down Satchelford to Oak Hill Rd.   YHC called for the following:

25 Squats

Run to Shannon Springs road and do 25 sweat angels.

Run to Briarfield and do 25 mercans.

Run back to Oak Hill and take the bus loop, when you hit the first crosswalk, sprint to the end of the bus loop.

After 15 mins, Splinter took us over to the playground for AMRAP rounds of 10 pullups, 10 inverted rows, and 10 dips on the parallel bars.

With 15 or so left on the clock, YHC took us back down to the parking lot on the other side of Satchelford Elementary.  Sprint down the dropoff row and run around to the corner. 25 mercans. Sprint back to the start, 20 flutterkicks.  With about 5 left to go, Splinter took back over for a 20 yard lunge then a run back to COT.
