F3 Lake Murray Wastes No Time Planting A New AO. Next Stop: White Knoll High School

F3 Lake Murray is excited to announce the launch of another workout in Lexington. “The Pull” has drawn F3 to plant another shovel flag, this time heading to the South. Welcome to White Knoll, gents. Aye.

Lexington’s newest AO, name TBD by the pax, debuts on Tuesday, 8/19/14 at 5:30am. Regular schedule will be Tuesday/Thursday 5:30am-6:15am and Saturday 7:00am-8:00am at White Knoll High School (Platt Springs Road near SC Highway #6). Park in main parking lot in front of gym just to the left of the school.

Here are your Lexington options:

Graveyard (Bootcamp): RBHS Athletic Entrance. Tues/Thurs 5:30-6:15, Sat 7:00-8:00.
Crpyt (Bootcamp): RBHS Main Entrance. Tues/Thurs 5:15-6:00, Sat 6:30-7:30.
Shawshank (Bootcamp): Gibson Road Soccer Complex. Tues/Thurs 5:30-6:15, Sat 7:00-8:00.
Turning Point (Bootcamp): Midway Elementary School. Tues/Thurs 5:30-6:15, Sat 6:45-7:45.
Anchor (Kettle Bells): SCE&G North Recreational Area (Irmo side of Dam). Wed 5:30-6:15.
Stride (Running): Mon 5:30-6:15, RBHS Athletic Entrance; Wed/Fri 5:30-6:15, Lowes Hwy 378.
