The Thang:
Warm Up: jog to track and do one easy leap, then stretch
Intervals with 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minute rest:
1200 meters (3 laps), 1000 meters, 800m, 600m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m
Cool down: Jog back to parking lot
