9 Pax arrived for December’s beep test. YHC remembered to charge the stereo batteries this time.
CONDITIONS: Almost in the 40’s (shorts acceptable)

THE THANG:
Warm-up around the parking lot with butt kicks, karaoke, and high knees
THE BEEP TEST-
start on a line, when you hear the beep run to the next line 20 yards away.
setup and wait for the next beep. on the next beep, run back to start.
repeat until failure. the beeps get closer together.

After beep test, long mosey around campus.
Next run circles around the parking lot, sprinting the widths, mosey the lengths
Next split into three teams of 3. Never ending relays, go until one team laps another team. Then do it again.

Great work by everybody. Just realized that everytime anybody has ever done the Beep Test at Stride, they have set a PR. Nobody has ever done worse than their previous performance. No pressure to future Beep Testers.
