- 8 PAX decided to venture into the damp and misty aura of the gloom and post for some light stretching and a jog. I appreciated the praise for how meticulously planned the workout was. It went something like this.

Mosey to Stadium lot
SSH x 15 IC
TTT x 15 IC
Hillbillies x 15 IC
OAC x 15 IC
Mosey to bottom of Suicide Hill
Run to speed bump, 1 Burpee, 1 BBSU
run up hill to next bump, 2/2
Repeat all around campus. 12 bumps total, although the BBSU were called off at last bump, as I wouldn’t want anyone’s clothing to get wet.
Return to starting point
Bunny hop up hill toward stadium, run down
Backward run up hill, run down
Inchworm up hill, run down.
Bear crawl up suicide hill to bump, 10 Monkey humpers, run back.
Run up hill, 10 Monkey Humpers on top, run back. Lapdog, being the manly gentleman that he is, decided to do 10 MHs at the middle bump again, thus shaming the rest of us into following suit. Finish back at bottom of hill.
Mosey back to stadium lot, line up on curb.
Finish with run to each parking lot row, 5 burpees, run back. 6 rows total.
Return to lower lot for Mary, 25 Freedom Twists, compliments(complements?) of Fire Daddy.
