LIttle Arm Circles x 15 each way
Run to the benches in front of the school and partner up.
1 partner run around traffic circle while 2nd does exercise.
Lap 1: Merkins
Lap 2: Incline Merkins
Lap 3: Carolina Dry Docks
Lap 4: Dips
Rinse and Repeat
Keep running around the school and make a pit stop in front of the guys from Twilight that just finished a run

Keep running towards the block pile for some fun
Grab a block and circle up

On the 4th round Lap Dog was complaining so we did the above with 15 reps IC
