Conditions: 43 degrees and a little chilly after the “heat wave” we had during the middle of the week.
The Thang: With the cooler weather, the Go Ruck simulation tonight, Governors Cup and Savannah tomorrow, the turnout for the weekly Donut run was considerably lower than usual. 3 Pax were able to force themselves out of the fartsack this morning to find a way to get better.
Creole and YHC did the normal 22 minute out and back down Archers lane, while Dufresne did a 2 mile warm-up for Savannah tomorrow. Pace was conversational for all involved today.
