Was I Supposed to Get Up by That Alarm Clock?

Was it the 5th alarm clock that actually woke him up or his M clocking him that got him out of the Fartsack?  Regardless, it was good having Pebbles return to our midst for a midweek run.  8 pax journeyed into the gloom for a 4 mile run.

Conditions: 53 degrees and 93% humidity

The Thang:

Departed Blockbuster headed south on St. Andrews Road for an announced longer distance.  No audibles called during the 2 mile out and 2 mile return run.

Moleskin:

Great to have guys committed to improving their bodies and lives by heading off into the gloom.  Everyone pushes another on our runs causing all to do better.  Quote of the day. “I’m glad other guys are here because I would definitely slow down now.”  Participation drives accountability.
