Mosey to the street for Indian Run, last PAX performs 5 Merkins before sprinting to the front. Ran approx. 1/2 way around the block to the street near Governors Hill.
At bottom of hill, YHC disclosed that Snapchat’s not the only one that can dive into the Exicon (Lexicon of Exercises).
Next up: Burp Back Mountain: Partner up. Partner 1 runs backwards up the hill to first mailbox while Partner 2 AMRAPs Burpees. Keep count until reaching 100 Burpees.
