#ThunderRolls back the clock to the 8/27/13 launch workout x 1.5

14 faithful posted in #theGloom at #Thunder finding YHC on hand to kick off a little past-AOQ week at Hand.  With the four year anniversary looming next week and given how long it takes to come up on the Q rotation, YHC decided to throw it all the way back to the #Thunder launch workout from 8/27/2013 Original Launch Backblast Link except this time we tried to run it back twice.  We made it about 1.5 times through and all were ready for the 45th minute to finish.

Moleskin

  • Always a pleasure – especially given how long it takes for this rotation to cycle through – to Q the workout at #Thunder.  This is a special AO and while it has evolved considerably over the last four years it remains one of Columbia’s largest and most challenging workouts.  Today had an old-school feel to it which was a lot of fun for YHC.
  • Maybe next year when YHC Q’s again we can make it through the whole thing twice (just imagine doing the #StringsofFire 3 more times and the #amphitheater circuit 10 times).
