Hard to say what was stronger today, the mumble-chatter or the effort put forth by the Pax. But in the end 11 strong braved the 2nd incarnation of Leg-o-rama with good spirits and all teeth intact (after Big Boy Box Jumps).
YHC took the opportunity to debut a few exercises (or re-named exercises) that were picked up while traveling to other part of the F3 Nations. Hopefully the “Alabama Cousins” and “Aquaman” will catch one…..not too sure about the “West Virginia Hillbilly”.
YHC wasn’t sure if a workout with ZERO upper body work would be enough for everyone. Tomorrow morning’s soreness factor will determine.
