Count off with Pax into groups of 3 (two groups had 4) with each group collectively performing the following exercises and respective numbers of exercises.

Lap Around Beth Shalom Synagogue.

Upon return, burpees x 5 (OYO).  Plank until six arrives.

Take right out of Beth Shalom Synagogue and onto North Trenholm with fast mosey to intersection of Reamer and North Trenholm.  Plank until six arrives.

Moleskin:

  • With Burpees, Carolina Dry Dock and Merkins, PAX did over 120 upper body reps. Couple that with some ab work and over 2 miles of running, and we #PushedTheRock this AM.
  • #LarryBirds were not in short supply this morning as Splinter, Thurston, RA and Misfire did their thing.  Still not 100% sure who won the race up North Trenholm between Spinter and Thurston.
  • PSA – There is a port o john on Reamer.  #TheMoreYouKnow
  • Shared the reading from Ecclesiastes this morning as this passage reminded YHC of the power of F3.  Our group and our Regions are at their best when the 3 cords of Fitness, Fellowship and Faith intertwine to create the strongest of cords.  When our Pax experience the strength of the cord that is F3, they can stay strong when life comes at them and they will not be broken.  Let’s remind ourselves, those who have wandered from posting at F3 and those FNG’s who have yet to post of the power of the cord of three strands.
