I have to admit, Q’ing at #Legion is a daunting challenge. Pushing guys for an hour when 45 minutes is your norm is a whole different kind of deal… it’s like leading #Battle by yourself and knowing the men around you will give it everything. No disappointment this morning. All eight who posted got their money’s worth.

Cruise into the back of Cedar Terrace Shopping Center from Clifton Street for a little flat ladder:
- Between parking lights, starting at 12 burpees, run back and forth dropping a burpee with each run. 8 minutes was allotted but the #Faithful completed the challenge a few seconds before the buzzer. 78 burpees, total broken up by twelve 50 yard run.
Mosey out to Devine/Garners Ferry and cross over to the VA:
- Parking bumper hops (like ski hops but over a parking bumper) – 1 minute AMRAP

- A Billy Zane flirted with disaster with us at the VA… I thought he was a random homeless guy until he said he needed to catch a bus.
