On the field:

warm up:

50 side straddle hops

50 lunges

50 flutter kicks

Four Horsemen:

partner-up, start with 100 dips, run to next station and between the two perform 100 squats, then run to the pull-up bars and split 15 pull-ups, then run to the fourth station and complete 100 decline-merkins on the benches.  Repeat with 80-80-12-80, 60-60-10-60, 40-40-8-40, and 20-20-6-20.

circle-up:

tricep blast: 21 side one-arms tri extension with left side, 21 with the right side

Arm circles 21 forward, 21 backward and 21 large backward circles.
