Today we took a trip outside our AO and moseyed on over to the Bull to get more acquainted for the PAX who are not familiar.

SPRINT to the top of stairs near our gathering point
20 decline merkins on wall. OYO
20 incline merkins on wall. OYO
Mosey to the secluded hallway area.
Hold hand stand for about 30 sec.
When YHC counts down from 5 you will slowly step down the wall into a plank position with your feet flush on the wall.
Hold Position. YHC counts down from 10. Recover
1 min air chair on wall.
Rinse and Repeat 1 time.
Mosey down the stairs.
20 Dips. OYO
20 Box Jumps. OYO
Mosey to intersection of Bull and Blosson.
20 flutter kicks. IC

Start at the bottom of Bull St.
Run up Bull St to first stair well.
Before you go up steps do 25 squats. OYO
Top of stairs do 25 merkins. OYO
Bottom stairs do 25 lbcs. OYO
Run to next stair well.
Before you go up steps do 25 squats. OYO
Top of stairs do 25 merkins. OYO
Bottom stairs do 25 lbcs. OYO
