An impressive 12 PAX came-out for TGIF LSD run, 8 for XL @ 4:45, 10 for regular start time @ 5:15. Conditions were great: 70 deg, with 80% humidity; huh, feels like 70 degrees! First route was 3.2 miles, you know a nice 5k at a conversational pace…PAX had different plans as it appears that 8.33/mi is the new conversational pace! With the second route, 2 PAX dropped-off as we picked-up 4 for another 4.9 miles, YHC at slowest at 8.52/mi pace. PAX looked strong today!
XL Route: L Olde Knight, R Chambly, L Queensway, R Old Woodlands,L Indian Mound to Marthas Glen to Hampton Ridge, R Old Woodlands, L Saye Cut, L Galway, R Christie, L Byron, L Wormwood, L Galway, R Olde Knight back to AO to pickup 5:15 PAX.
