The Thang: Warm up with SSH x 50, IW’s x 25, Squats x 25, Merkins x 20, BBSitups x 30 all IC, Mountain Climbers x 50 OYO, Low Country Crabs x 30 IC, LBC’s x 25 IC, Carolina Dry Docks x 15 IC.
Baseball Field Shuttles- Mosey from right field fence to center field fence and back 50%. Mosey same distance at 50%, and perform 25 merkins in CF and 25 squats upon return to right field. Mosey same distance at 75% and back. Mosey same distance at 75%, and perform 20 merkins in CF and 20 squats upon return to right field. Mosey same distance at 100%. Mosey same distance at 100%, and perform 15 merkins in CF and 15 squats upon return to right field.
Mini-Murph- Run the Legion Perimeter, then go to playground and perform 50 Pull Ups, 100 Merkins and 150 Squats. Run the Legion Perimeter.
The General Crawl- Run to the top of the hill by the tennis court. Perform 50 BBSitups. Bear Crawl down the hill to the first tree. Perform 25 Merkins. Sideways bear crawl up the hill. Perform 50 BB Situps, bear crawl down, perform 25 squats, sideways bear crawl back to the top.
Fast Mosey back to Parking Lot for 2 minutes of Mary: Flutters & LBC’s.
