Head out parking lot toward Citadel Park on Coker:
First Date/Pain Station #1 (corner of Coker & Wofford)
Partner Up
Fist Bump Merkins x 20
Iron Crosses x 25 (each partner)
Big Boy Sit Ups x 25
(Raise the roof when finished)
Continue on Coker and Right on Citadel to Park:
Second Date / Pain Station #2 (at Park)
Step ups x 20 each leg
Squats x 20
Plank Jacks x 20
(Plank when finished)
Third Date (Chelsea is not the kind of girl to give it up until at least the 3rd date):
Modified Chelsea at the Park (we only did it for 15 minutes, but were proud of that for our first time):
5 Pull ups, 10 Merkins,15 Squats each minute.
