Swampfox Meets Chelsea at the Park

Conditions:  40ish and misty.  Perfect for a date.

Kitty is no longer a virgin.  YHC took the Pax on a date with Chelsea at Citadel Park with a few stops along the way.

The Thang:

Warm Up:

Lap around parking lot and circle up

SSH x 25 IC

Squats x 2 not really in cadence at all (called out for Krusty Squats).  25 Squats OYO

LBAC Fwd x 20 IC

LBAC Bwd x 20 IC

Shoulder Press x 20 IC

25 BB Sit Ups OYO

Merkins x 25 OYO

Head out parking lot toward Citadel Park on Coker:

First Date/Pain Station #1 (corner of Coker & Wofford)

Partner Up

Fist Bump Merkins x 20

Iron Crosses x 25 (each partner)

Big Boy Sit Ups x 25

(Raise the roof when finished)

Continue on Coker and Right on Citadel to Park:

Second Date / Pain Station #2 (at Park)

Step ups x 20 each leg

Squats x 20

Plank Jacks x 20

(Plank when finished)

Third Date (Chelsea is not the kind of girl to give it up until at least the 3rd date):

Modified Chelsea at the Park (we only did it for 15 minutes, but were proud of that for our first time):

5 Pull ups, 10 Merkins,15 Squats each minute.

(EMOM x 15 minutes)

Leave Park on Citadel side to Chicora

Awkward Ride Home/Pain Station #3 (corner of Chicora & Clemson):

10 Burpees OYO

20 Jump Squats (crowd pleaser)

Big Boy Sit Ups x 25 OYO

Indian Run back to Crayton up Clemson

Finish with 10 Burpees and 20 Jump Squats OYO
