Mosey out of parking lot down Clemson toward Trenholm. Stop half way to Trenholm for warm up:
SSH x 20 IC
Imperial Walkers x 20 IC
Squats x 20 IC
Continue Mosey down Clemson and across Trenholm to Lonsford and up hill to first break in median where YHC explains the #Beast workout. 6 exercises done at 6 stops with 6 reps at each stop. Stops were bottom of hill, top of hill, bottom of other side, top of hill, bottom of hill, top of hill
Exercises were done in rounds as follows (plank & 6 inches waiting on 6 between rounds):
- Mercans; 2. Mountain Climbers (4 count); 3. Big Boys; 4. Squats; 5. Jump Lunges (2 count); 6. Burpees (#crowdpleaser)
Mosey back across Trenholm and back up Clemson to AO.
Finish with 6 more Burpees and hold plank.
Great work by the Pax this morning. Everyone pushed hard and we covered 3.3 miles according to Stent.
