Almost the quickest workout in F3 History…

Today concluded the last “F3 Columbia led midweek workout” for Camden. Columbia and Lake Murray are going to support for a couple more Saturday’s, but the cord is getting cut as Camden leads their own workouts starting next Tuesday. Really appreciate Hot Tub, Lederhosen, and Big Worm for making the trip over to Camden during for the last three midweek workouts. This is a big time commitment, but you have helped F3 Camden grow.

As for today…I started with the usually SSH 20X IC for the warmup and then called 5 burpees afterwards. For those who don’t know, Rectory Square is public park. I guess people take their dogs there, too. And people who let their dogs take dumps in the park and don’t clean them up should be forced to do 1,000 Burpees in a row.

After my first burpee, I was approximately 1 inch from a massive turd in my face. I have to admit if my face was in dog sh*t after the first minute of the workout, I would have called it or forced a Camden pax to take over. Luckily, this didn’t happen.

As for the workout…

Conditions- Perfect, even if a little wet

IW 15X IC
5 Burpees
Mercans- 10X IC
5 Burpees
Squats 10X IC

Off for a trip around the park.
First Corner- 10 Diamond Mercans, 20 Jump squats, and 30 MT Climbers (2X)
Lunge Walk 30 yards- Sprint to corner.

Rinse and repeat to next corner on corner of Chestnut and Fair.

3rd round of 10 20 30 from above.

Go down halfway down Chestnut for Jacob’s Ladder
8 Burpees at bottom, 7 at top…count down to 3 for three trips up the hill. Must back pedal running up the hill. 33 Burpees total
