#Stumble is on the rise- for today, that statement was true both figuratively, and literally. 12 PAX posted for the Wednesday, Long-Run session where the elevation would be easily noticed throughout the 6.5 mile route. We hit nearly every hill around the Garners Ferry/Gills Creek area. But #Stumble is also rising in another way: number of devoted PAX. These men are yearning for the #DRP and their efforts are certainly producing results. #Stumble is getting FAST, and STRONG. Its quite a sight.
Here’s the route:
Leave parking lot, R on Chambly, L on Queens Way, R on Old Woodlands, L on Garners Ferry, L on Pelham Dr, R on Arborwood (1st Hill), turn around at dead end and back down, R on Pelham, Pelham turns into Gills Creek, R onto HighHill Dr, L on Promontory Rd (2nd Hill), back down to Gills Creek, R on Rosewood, Across Garners Ferry and up, L on Hampton Hill Rd (3rd Hill), L at dead end onto Kilbourne, quick L onto Montague, L on Garners Ferry, R on Woodhill Circle (4th Hill), R on Garners Ferry, and back to AO using same route.
With the Holidays right around the corner, YHC wanted to make sure training got revved up a bit in preparation for all that yummy turkey and dressing, and ham, and mashed taters, and mac n cheese, and rolls and pies… Work was done this morning and the conditions couldn’t have been better for the advanced route.
