Mosey to the brick cage for blocks, Pyramid starting at 7 and working down to 1 with blocks, 7 curls for the girls, 7 tricep extensions, 7 nepalms, stop at 5 for 20 flutter kicks, down to 3 for 20 flutter kicks, down to 1 for 20 flutter kicks…then work our way back up the pyramid resting with flutter kicks along the way
partner up for Dora, 100 merkins, 200 big boy sit up(feeling the flutter kicks now), 300 squats- time ended, blocks up and back to COT
