mosey to get blocks, circle up behind the portables to begin our crazy 7 pyramid work (in honor of YHC being able to complete a whopping 7 merkins in a row) 7 shoulder presses to 7 curls, no rest 6 and 6 all the way down to 1 and 1
recover with flutter kicks x25

partner up for dora – shorter run than normal, lots of turnover and lots of groaning! 100 BB sit ups, 200 Merkins (some pax did more than 7 at once) 300 squats, plank when done..
a few minutes to burn so we went back up the pyramid with blocks once more, put up blocks
one full cool down lap around the circus
