Thinking it was going to rain, YHC planned a Q that could be carried out under the awning. Since it looked dry and clear, we modified the workout in the parking lot, and got some work done.
Conditions: 47 degrees and dry
The Thang:
Mosey to the smooth pavement and circle up:
Side Straddle Hop x20 IC, Imperial Walker x20 IC, Mountain Climber x20 IC, Freedom Twist x20 IC, Stretching exercises, and then Stargazer
Jog to the end of the parking lot and return and repeat the exercises above with 10 reps
Little baby arm circles x20 IC, Overhead claps x20 IC, Raise the roof x20
Jog to the end of the parking lot and return and repeat the exercises above with 10 reps
Jog to the end of the parking lot and prepare for the next circuit:
bear crawl to the first light pole and do 20 LBCs
Karaoke to the middle light pole and do 20 plank jacks
Backwards run to the last light pole and do 20 Squats
Go back to the beginning doing the same exercises
Next circuit:
Start at first light pole and do 20 Big Boy Situps, then Jog to the middle light pole and do 19 Merkins then Jog to the last light pole and do 18 High knees. Jog back to middle light pole and do 17 Merkins, Jog back to the first light pole and do 16 Big Boy Situps. Continue this pattern until you get to 1
Grab bricks and do a four corner brick circuit:
Start at corner near dumpsters and do the following: Curls for the girls x20, Tri-cep extensions x20, alternating arm raises x 20, raise the roof x 20.
Move to each corner of the parking lot and repeat the exercises above
Circle up for one last COP:
Gas pumpers (holding bricks out to side) x 20 IC
COT and BOM with Brickpile.
