8 Pax braved the slightly chillier air this morning and posted at SPC for a Monday speed workout hosted by YHC. Now if you know YHC, you know he does not like speed workouts, but what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, right?
The instructions were easy, or so I thought, and pretty straightforward.
It all began with a warm up jog over to the track at Hand. Once at the track, circle up for instructions.
Total of 12 laps.
Lap 1- easy pace
Lap 2- 5K race pace (In a race you are trying to win)
Lap 3- easy pace
Lap 4- easy pace
Lap 5- 5k Pace
Lap 6- 5K pace
Lap7- easy
Lap 8- easy
Lap 9- easy
Lap 10- 5k pace
Lap 11- 5K pace
Lap 12 5 k pace
Recover, regroup and jog it back to SPC.
