Conditions:  Still nice, but won’t be long…..

  • Leave school heading to Citadel Park
  • Stop at Converse/Furman – 25 SSH IC, 30 arm circles IC, 30 squats IC, 30 mercen OYO
  • At Park – Burnout pullups.
    • Circuit 1 – 30 mercen, 30 lunges (15 each leg), 30 sit ups – repeat all, 3 times – lap around park – flutters till everyone finished
    • Circuit 2 – 30 dips, 30 step ups (15 each leg), 30 LBC – repeat all, 3 times – lap around park – squats till everyone finished
    • Circuit 3 – 15 decline mercen, 30 freddy mercury, 15 incline mercen – repeat all, 3 times – leave park
  • Stop at Furman/Coker – 25 monkey humper OYO, 25 imperial walker IC, 25 squats IC
  • Stop at Coker/Clemson – 30 calf raises – Head to COT
  • 1 minute plank session
  • Done
