Pax at #Spur face a tough workout with a side of mosquito

Weather: It was 60 degrees, cloudy, and humid. Weather was perfect… for a swarm of mosquitos to attack. Pax handled it with grace and pushed through a demanding morning.

Run back to the line -10 Burpees

Run to 3rd pole – Carolina Dry Dock x 30
Run back to the line -5 Burpees

One partner holds plank, other does light pole suicides. Everyone finishes together. Then Squats, then 6 inches.
