Parking Lot Tour

The theme today was to use the four parking lots around our AO.

The THANG:

Parking Lot 1: As a warm-up, one partner ran around the parking while the other did squats. We repeated this with mercans, big boys, and SSH.

Parking Lot 2: Parking lot 2 is a long stretch. Starting with the first parking space line, we broad jumped down the lot. At every other line, we did 3 mercans (this ends up being about 20 stopping points).

Parking Lot 3: Circled up and did 20 jump squats, 20 dry docks, 20 rowers, and 5 burpees. We repeated these changing the first three to 15 reps, then to 10 reps, and finished with everything at 5 reps.

Parking Lot 4: Side plank walked to the first island, then 20 toe taps double count, bear crawl to the next island, then 20 toe taps DC, lunge walk to the next island, then 20 toe taps DC, and then side plank walked with 20 toe taps DC at the end of the parking lot. We reversed the order on the way back and switched toe taps for squats.

Parking Lot 3: Circled up again and went through similar rounds of sets as described above. But, we changed the exercises to hello dollies, flutter kicks, and mercans. Of course, we still had the burpees.

Parking Lot 2: At every other line, we did 3 jump squats. How you traveled between lines was up to each person.

Parking Lot 1: 15 arm circles forward IC, 15 arm circles backward IC, 15 overhead clap IC, 20 air press IC.
