12 Men posted in the gloom this morning willingly submitting themselves to whatever pain YHC may have in mind. What I (purposefully) failed to share, was that, though I put my name on the calendar, I did not really plan this workout out in my head. As many know, there is always a multitude of ideas floating around in the blank space between my ears, but hard to filter in to a scripted workout at times. Away we go and we’ll see what happens…

10 burpees OYO, then meet at playground
Split into 2 groups but not really partner up
1st group – 10 pull-ups
2nd group – 15 Rowers
Flapjack as completed, just leaving enough room so we aren’t fighting over space on the bars
Complete 3 rounds of each
Plank on barrier until all finish
Mountain climber x 20 IC
10 burpees OYO, then meet at tennis courts
Line up on sideline of near court
Sprint to other side
20 merkins
Sprint back
19 V-ups
Repeat decreasing rep count by 1 each time (i.e. 18 merkins, 17 v-up, etc. etc) all the way down to 1 v-up
Plank for all to finish
10 burpees OYO, then meet at Hot Tub Hill
Run to bottom of hill
5 squats
Run to top of hill
6 squats
Repeat increasing rep count by 1 ea time until 15 squats at bottom of hill
Plank until all finish
Lunge walk to top of hill
10 burpees OYO, then meet at shovel flag
Upon realizing we got to shovel flag 1-2 minutes early (on accident, of course)…
