It started out as a cold and rainy morning at Hammer, but the rain soon let up and the remaining moisture was quickly soaked up by 11 idiots with cinder blocks in the Lowe’s Foods parking lot. We completed over 1,000 reps in this workout – but in a doable yet effective way. Here’s how —

- Block Swings
- SSH 4-count
- Mtn Climbers 4-count
- Wide Merkins
- Lunges 1-count
