Five pax gathered at Owens Field track for a high school gym class favorite everywhere: the mile run. After hearing the agenda, no pax sent the turnstile spinning as they hustled back to they’re car or presented the Q with a doctors excuse stating they would have to sit this opportunity out. So, we got right to it.

1600m together (4 laps)
Gather at start line and prepare your watch
The workout:
1 Mile run (4 laps)
All out, fast as you can
The cool down:
Regroup, catch the pax ahead of you recovering
