30 SSH (the only in cadence of the day)
Run to covered picnic tables
30 steps (15 each leg)
20 dips
30 Bulgarian one legged squat things (15 each leg)
20 decline merkins.
Repeat that sequence 3 times.
Mosey to Playground.
50 pull ups, 100 squats, 100 iron cross OYO
back to picnic tables to repeat the previous sequence
Mosey to parking lot and pair up.
Partner one does Merkins while Partner 2 runs to the shed at end of parking lot (350 ft) and back
Switch
Partner 2 runs to second speed bump (215 ft) ad back while partner one does merkins.
