Early this morning, while most normal people are still far, far away in la-la-land, 5 PAX decided to post to #Legion to take on the monthly dose of extreme #DRP in the form of the renown workout known as The Murph. A couple “New #Legion Murphers” made an appearance and crushed it. (Jar-Jar and Twinkle Toes) Thanks for the hard work and dedication fellas.
Conditions: 73 deg/ 95% humidity
The Thang:
Mosey to starting line for a quick warm up that consisted of 30 SSH’s and 25 Imperial Walkers IC
The Murph:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 merkins
300 squats
1 mile run
Moleskin:
Fastest Time- Cornstache (forgot his official time, either 38:47, or 37:48 lol) T-claps. Either way, he crushed it.
Most Weight- YHC (~ 30lbs) Ditched the ruck for second mile run :/ No other PAX carried weight, lets change that boys. We must show respect to the one whom this workout was named after.
Thanks for showing up and getting after it this morning gents. Conditions were brutal, but yet, you pushed through and #GotBetter. There is a brotherhood forming at #Legion.
