What a morning to be out in the gloom.  The forecast looked good, and it was right – even a slight breeze.  Eight strong came out and worked hard.  Even had a second appearance in a row by Mission – time to buy a lottery ticket.

Mosey to the corner of the parking lot closest to Millwood and begin suicide drill to each light pole (4 total):

At start – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run to first light pole – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks (as OBC says, simple things for simple minds)

Run back to start – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run to second light pole – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run back to start – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run to third light pole – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run back to start – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run to fourth light pole – 20 Freedom Twists, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Run back to start and do flutter kicks until all are done

Mosey to light pole inside parking and complete the following (once again, simple things ….):

At first light: 10 Big boy situps holding bricks, 10 little baby arm circles holding bricks

Run to next light: 10 Big boy situps holding bricks, 10 little baby arm circles holding bricks

Continue this for the seven lights in the parking lot

When YHC asked if everyone was ready to put up the bricks, Mission said no, so we did a bear crawl with bricks and then put the bricks up

Mosey back to comfortable pavement and circle up for ab circuit. Pax told to keep their feet up for this entire circuit:

Line up on line in middle of parking lot, do 5 burpees and run to far curb and do 5 squats

Run back to middle of parking lot and do 4 burpees, then run back to curb and do 4 squats

Continue until down to 1 burpee and 1 squat

With one minute left, do max big boy situps for one minute.
