The time: Christmas Eve 2014. The place: a fledgling running AO. The conditions: a miserable 50s and pouring. The occasion: YHC’s first Q at Stumble (and first official F3 Q, ever). Today YHC decided an anniversary redux was in order. Only Jar Jar was present to relive the extreme suck.
Conditions: Mid-40s and NO RAIN
The Thang:
(Easy pace) Olde Knight > Old Woodlands > Hampton Trace > Chimney Hill > stop at Flat Chimney Loop
Pick a partner of similar pace. Run counterclockwise around Flat Chimney Loop. Each lap should be faster than the last, and try to get faster as you pass each side street of the loop. Use the last section as recovery. Like so:
AMRAP for 15 minutes. Then recovery pace back to the AO.

- Most pax got in a solid 5 laps. #TClaps to (who else) Wingback, who pushed for a 6th.
- For future reference, the Strava segment does not include the stretch of Chimney Hill between the ends of the loop, so we should have used that as the recovery zone. #Cobains.
- To whomever fumigated the BOM: you are a bad, bad man. All YHC knows is it didn’t smell like ginger.
