12 Men posted to #HAMMER for a quest Q from across town. YHC pulled up right at 0530. Since this was the 3rd bootcamp workout Q in 4 days, not much changed as far as the routine. Here’s the THANG!

Run and hang a left on Briarfield Road, Left on Landrum, and Left on Oak Hill. Hit the cut through and to the basketball court. Little warm up run and now the warm up exercises.
25 SSH IC
20 Squats IC
15 LBC’s IC
10 Merkans IC
Mosey to playground for instructions. All PAX will complete these exercises all over campus and when done, Do it again, and again, and again until time is called.
5 Pull ups
10 Burpees in Right Field.
20 Merkans in the parking area
30 LBC’s at the corner of Briarfield and Satchelford Road
40 Squats at the drop off line entrance
50 SSH at the Playground equipment
5 Rounds were completed by all PAX.
