We don’t seem to do as many suicides as we used to at Hammer, so YHC brought along a few plastic cones grabbed from the kiddos and tried to make amends.

Head out to grab pavers, head down the “Hall of Horrors” (christened by Collar (TClaps)) onto Oak Hill Rd.
Fast mosey with pavers around to the school parking lot.
This was about the time the PAX noticed the cones I had carefully and precisely laid out for them.
Line up at first cone, exercises as follows:
YHC calls out an exercise, the PAX do said exercise while each person in turn runs a two cone suicide drill down the line. When everyone completes a suicide run, switch exercises.
First set was Merkins, Curls, Shoulder Press, Tricep Extensions.
Burpee suicide interlude, 5 burpee at each of 3 cones.
25 Flutterkicks IC to recover, start set 2.
BBS, Russian Twists
Burpee suicide interlude, 5 burpee at each of 3 cones.
25 Flutterkicks IC to recover, start set 2.
Mosey back to Oak Hill and up the “Hall of Horrors” to return bricks.
Mosey to flag, finish up with 20 merkins, 30 bbs, 40 squats, 10 more merkins.
