Disclaimer, then mosey up Blatt causeway to the practice field. Warm up to include squats, merkins, LBACs.
Then, this decline merkin/squat pyramid: 22 Declines, 22 squats, 16 declines, 16 squats, 14 declines, 14 squats.
Line up at the top of the end zone, 10 burpees, then lunge walk to the 30, 10 burpees, lunge walk to the opposite 40, 10 burpees, lunge walk back to the 30, 10 burpees, lunge walk back to the end zone, 10 burpees.
25 decline merkins and 25 squats.
Line up at the top of the end zone, 25 squats. Bear crawl to the 30, 25 squats. Bear crawl to the opposite 40, 25 squats. Bear crawl back to the 30, 25 squats. Bear crawl back to the goal line, 25 squats.
20 declines and 20 squats.
Line up at the top of the goal line, 20 SSH. Lunge walk to the 30, 20 SSH. Lunge walk to the opposite 40, 20 SSH. Lunge walk back to the 30, 20 SSH. Lunge walk to the goal line, 20 SSH.
Burn it out with 26 decline merkins, then 20 squats. Mosey back to the entrance of Blatt field and AMRAP merkins for the last 40 seconds.
Totals: at least 113 decline merkins, and a whole bunch of squats.
