7 faithful posted to the #gloom at #Blitz for YHC’s maiden Q at downtown Columbia’s newest AO. “Thirty minutes, thirty minutes, thirty minutes…..however will we fill the time?” That’s honestly a question that does not cross the Q-to-be’s mind in the hours leading up to a workout at #Blitz.  More appropriately, “how will I accomplish what I want to accomplish in just thirty minutes?” is a more realistic thought progression.  Planning the workout does not take long.  Delivering the workout does not take long.  The key to the special sauce is to have a concise plan and not to try and do too many “things.”  Pick some circuits and AMRAP’s and do as much of them as you can.  Just this guy’s $0.02 worth.

  • Nice work, RedEye.  He is three-for-three now on #Blitz posts since his FNG workout a week ago.  He’s seen three distinctively different workouts as a result – #F3 – and powered through them all without complaint.  Keep posting…it will start to slow down for you soon enough.
  • #Blitz is fun.  There’s something about going as hard as possible for thirty minutes minus all of the fluff that seems to draw the best out of the pax – both in terms of effort and #mumblechatter.  Give this AO a try.

  • Big day at #Ramble this Friday.  Halloween 5K (dress up as your favorite Pax) and celebrate the ending of the Costanza era and the dawn of the OC regime.  This truly is #theYearofOC and we want a huge crowd on hand.  Costanza has done an amazing job as AOQ and OC is ready for the challenge and is well positioned to continue building on our success.  This will be a special morning.
