Fresh off of a beat down at #SwampFox on Thursday from Snowbird and with my legs reeling from over 2 miles of running and a ton of upper body work, YHC emerged from the #Fartsack excited to lead the PAX of #Amble this AM. Accepting the offer of the AOQ to lead this band of #HIMs, YHC made the call to take the PAX on a scenic tour featuring flybys of #Thunder, #Spur and YHC’s alma mater, which happens to be the finest institution of higher learning in South Carolina. T-Claps to the PAX, who were willing to put in some work this morning in order to #GetBetter.

Conditions: 74 degrees and cloudy (perfect burpee weather)

The Thang:

Leave AO and mosey onto Ott Road

Take right onto Wheat Street

Follow Wheat Street to Sumter Street

Turn Around at Intersection of Wheat/Sumter

Take Wheat Street to Ott Road

Turn Left onto Ott Road

Moleskin: 

  • Great work by the PAX this AM. Amble was the AO where YHC’s made his first post and it was an honor to lead the men of F3 Columbia’s original Running AO this AM.
  • T-Claps to RA for going an extra mile, and logging a few minutes with the #Ramble PAX.
  • Great to log some miles with Tin Tin and Schweddy. Both of these #HIM’s are serving F3 Columbia as AOQ’s and both make a constant commitment to help others #GetBetter.
  • Great to have Sled back out and running with #Amble this morning. Sled is one of F3 Columbia’s Old Guard, and the #Gloom is a stronger place when he is posting with the PAX.
