YHC needed to leave F3Columbia by 0600 to make a meeting in Richmond, Va by noon. Work needed to be done and 6 PAX needed to be led so an unconventional “running” workout was planned. The THANG!

20 Squats
Run to the corner of Woodrow and Duncan
20 Jump Squats
Run to the corner of Duncan and King
20 Lunges counting one leg
Run to the corner of King and Wheat
20 Mountain Climbers counting one leg
Run to the corner of Woodrow and Wheat and rinse and repeat.
The objective was to keep heart rate elevated and wear the legs out. Objective accomplished.
