@F3Haiti 2017

Last year F3 men from three different regions teamed up for a fall mission trip to Haiti hot on the heels of Hurricane Matthew’s pass over the island nation.  It was a trip that was in the planning stages for months but was used, due to that disaster, at the height of their need.

F3Haiti is back in 2017 and like so much in F3, the goals and expectations are expanding.  Having seen the impact we had last year, a broader number of guys have already voiced interest in another fall trip.  The plan now is to send two teams (8-10 guys each) in successive weeks to serve the people on ChaCha mountain.  That means double the number of guys can go and the timing can be just a little more flexible.

That said, we have a handful of initial plans to make and they’re entirely dependent on who steps forward to travel on behalf of F3 to Haiti.  This is, therefore, a call for interested guys, #SoftCommits if it’s so dubbed, so that dates can be picked and projects can be selected around the skills being deployed.

There are three ways you can throw your name in the ring:

  1. Respond below with enough information for us to contact you… whether that’s by twitter or email.
  2. Follow and Tweet @F3Haiti to voice your interest.  We’ll follow you back and we can DM details.
  3. Email [email protected] and YHC will get you plugged in.

There’s no commitment to make the trip but we need to build a database (MailChimp) of those interested so that if the dates work for you, the financial commitment is manageable and the trip compliments your personal goals, then we can make you a member of the Fall, 2017 @F3Haiti team.  Think and pray on this opportunity… but don’t take too long.  The teams will fill up on a first come, first served basis and relative to potential dates selected.

Aye!
