Bubbs brought his Frisbees as well as some Easter eggs to the workout. 9 made it for this early morning Easter Egg hunt.
Warm up behind school.
Break into teams. Frisbee race to the lower playground. Throw, exercise, throw, etc. At each transition do 10 of of an exercise (1. merkins, 2. squats, 3. Carolina Dry Docks, & 4. LBCs.
Winning team did 10 merkins. 2nd team did 10 burpies.
The teams then hopped up the field next to the lower playground to fetch an Easter egg. Skip back. (It is harder than you think….)
The team does the exercise in the Easter egg while the next team member fetches the next egg.
Finished after 12 eggs for each team.
Frisbee race back to AO.
Winning team did 10 merkis. 2nd team did 10 burpies.
