Stumble took on Mission this weekend, and it was a privilege to lead a great group of men. We explored the perimeter of Finley Park and made our way from the Flag up Taylor Street to Assembly to Laural and down Gadsden with pain stations along the way. We ran 1 mile total.
Conditions: Perfect – warm – 68 degrees.

Station 2 (Corner of the Park — corner of Laurel and Assembly)
- 20 Big Boy Sit-ups OYO

Station 4 (governor hill parking lot)

LUNGE WALK to station 5
Station 5 (top of gadsden hill)
- Burpees x10 OYO, plank when finished
- Squats x 20 IC
RUN to station 6
Station 6 (Bottom of Gadsden Hill — grassy area)
- Air chair contest with LBCs when you dropped out (Chuckie won!)
- Flutter kicks x20 IC
- Run up the hill and back and repeat once
