P1 runs to the top, 10 burpees. P2 does 10 Decline merkins, AMRAP LBC until partner returns. Rinse and repeat decreasing by 1 until PAX get to 6.
P1 runs to the top, 5 burpees. P2 does 10 BB setups, holds 6 inches until partner returns. Rinse and repeat decreasing by 1 until 0.
Longstreet Relay:
Monkey humpers x 10
Run to breezeway, jump squats x 10
Run to front, bunny hop to the top of the stairs. 10 Diamond push ups at the top.
Partner Hand Release Merkins x 100 – P1 does 10 while P2 holds plank. Keep switching until each pair completes 100.
