YHC was asked to sub at Hammer, so I threw together a little workout for the PAX in short order. Unfortunately, YHC couldn’t muster up many Star Wars related exercises for Star Wars day, but no one seemed to notice.

Our brick bandit continues to follow the PAX even with an AO swap, down to only a few sets of bricks, YHC suggested partnering up and sharing.
Grab the bricks head to the playground for AMRAP, partners alternating exercise sets
Set 1 20 curls, shoulder press, side extensions with bricks
Set 2 20 dips, rows, merkins without bricks
5 pullups in between, repeat then BBS in between
Leave bricks, run to Shannon Springs hill
Birpee pyramid hill sprints, start with 5 burpees at the top then 4 then 3… 20 BBS at the bottom
repeat with SSH at the bottom
Finish the hill sprints with 20 mountain climbers
Mosey back to bricks, finish up with partner 1 doing 5 pullups, partner 2 doing 20 curls, swap
Put bricks away, mosey to COT for finish.
