Welcome Week challenged all the PAX on Tuesday to set a chin up goal for May. Needless to say, we will be doing a lot of chin ups these next coming months.
Weather: A comfortable upper 30’s and clear.
The Thang…
Indian Run 1.5 laps around the field to the chin up bars. Partner up and tell your partner what your chin up goal is for May, then do that many chin ups. Have your partner assist you if until you reach that number.

Go grab some bricks and partner up.
Partner 1: Squat to should press using the bricks – 50 sec AMRAP
Partner 2: LBCs – 50 Sec AMRAP
x3 Sets each
Go to the chin up bars and complete AMRAP. At the point of fatigue have your partner assist you with 3 more chin ups.
Partner 1: Merkin Lat Pulls using the bricks – 50 sec AMRAP
Partner 2: Russian Twists – 50 Sec AMRAP
x3 Sets each
Go to the chin up bars and complete AMRAP. At the point of fatigue have your partner assist you with 3 more chin ups.
Partner 1: Bicep curls using the bricks – 50 sec AMRAP
Partner 2: Plank Jacks – 50 Sec AMRAP
x3 Sets each
Go to the chin up bars and complete AMRAP. At the point of fatigue have your partner assist you with 3 more chin ups.
Mosey to the base line by the hill. Bear Crawl up the hill, run back to the base line and complete 5 burpees. Repeat and do 4 burpees…3 burpees…etc etc until time expires.
